This process allows for consistently superior sewing quality. Afterwards, it reunites the sewn assembly back together.

2PSM (2 Panel Sewing Machine System)
2PSM (2 Panel Sewing Machine System) allows the operator to slide both panels into the folder with minimal effort. When a start switch is engaged, belts and rollers engage the material and feed it under the sewing foot with an electronically synchronized feed. The sewing continues without operator assistance, allowing the operator to grab the next pieces to continue production with minimal handling or down time.
Some customers have experienced over 50% reduction in labor by using 2PSM. It allows for a reduction in the learning curve as well.
